Webinar: Technical Documentation - Productdocumentation | 07. May 2021

Almost every product needs information on how to use it safely and as intended. This information, in the form of printed, digital or virtual instructions, accompanies us in our daily lives. In many cases, the life, safety and health of the user depends on it.

The usefulness of these documents is often not perceived or they end up unread in the wastepaper basket, which is often due to the poor quality of the design. Insufficient design, unclear layout or poor translations are only a few reasons why instruction documents are not read.

When we speak of technical documentation, we are talking about much more than just the mere operating instructions.

It is the responsibility of manufacturers, importers or distributors of products to provide sufficient information on use. If this information is missing, this usually leads to unpleasant legal consequences. In addition to compensation payments, this can go as far as the economic ruin of a company.

User information is intended to provide guidance on safe and proper use. In order to be able to do this, it requires special expertise in planning and production.
